Students working together at Caulfield Grammar School's Earth Studies Centre, in Victoria, Australia. The Centre was opened on 2 April in honor of Earth Day 2000. The Centre, called "Wadambawilam" (the Aboriginal term meaning "learning camp"), is a teaching and learning facility that aims to foster understanding of the way we use the land and the impacts we are having upon it. Students live in Eco-Cabins, which have self sufficient energy systems. They also learn about the environmental impacts of dairy farming and think about more sustainable solutions.
